Per-seat pricing
Same product on every plan. Different ceilings.
Per seat, per month, billed through Stripe. What changes as you move up is how much of the workflow you get and how much of it you can fill — not which product you are using.

In every plan
The product does not get worse further down.
There is no plan with a cheaper editor, a slower export or a smaller set of languages. These are the same on the free tier as on Business.
The whole editor
Source text and translation side by side, filters, and a placeholder check per cell as you type — before anything is saved, on every plan.
Your files, unchanged
Nested JSON, flat JSON and ARB. Flat and nested keys are detected on import, and a language split across several files stays split.
Over 100 locales
Add the languages you ship in. There is no plan that charges per language, only ones that cap how many you can have open at once.
AI translation
Fill the empty cells with a machine draft and edit it in place. Every plan has a monthly allowance; what differs is its size.
Team and roles
Invite by email, with the same four roles everywhere: owner, maintainer, translator, viewer. What the plan caps is how many seats, not what they can do.
Downloads, always
Export a locale or the whole project from the UI on any plan. The API and the sync script are what start at the first paid one.
Choosing
Which one to start on.
Upgrading takes effect the moment the payment goes through, and downgrading at the end of the month you already paid for. So the answer here is only ever a starting point.
- Free
- You are translating one app on your own, or working out whether the loop fits your pipeline before anything else.
- Pro
- You ship features on branches, and somebody other than you writes the translations for them.
- Business
- Several products, a key list nobody has counted in a while, and an AI allowance you would rather not think about.
Billing
How the money part works.
Per seat, prorated both ways
You pay for each member of your organization. Add one and the next invoice is prorated; remove one and the credit lands on the following cycle.
Monthly, and reversible
Every plan is billed monthly. An upgrade is active the moment the payment goes through, a downgrade at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Stripe holds the card
Payments run through Stripe, and past invoices and payment methods live in their customer portal — reachable from your organization settings.
A limit is a ceiling, not a wipe
Over one, you cannot add new items until you upgrade or free some up. Nothing you already have is deleted, including after a downgrade.
Questions
Asked before signing up.
The rest, grouped by topic, live in the docs.
All billing questions- Can I try paid features before upgrading?
- The Free plan lets you explore the core product. Branches, API access, and review workflow are available on Pro and Business plans.
- What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
- You'll see a notification when approaching limits. Existing data is never deleted — you just can't add new items until you upgrade or free up space.
- Can I downgrade my plan?
- Yes, you can downgrade at any time from Organization Settings. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower plan limits, you will need to reduce usage before the downgrade activates.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Organization Settings and click Cancel subscription. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, then your organization reverts to the Free plan.
- Where can I find my invoices?
- Invoices are available through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from Organization Settings.
