Processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.

Recipients

This data is processed exclusively on the provider's own servers in a data center within the European Union. No disclosure to third parties takes place.

Storage Duration

Maximum 12 months.

Registration

Type and Purpose of Data Processing

When registering for our web application, we request the following data:

• Name
• Email address

After registration, we may also request the following data:

• Billing address
• Payment data — these are not stored by the provider but are collected and processed directly by the payment service provider Stripe

Processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Recipients

Payment data is transmitted to the following payment service provider:

• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland — for payment processing

All other registration data is processed exclusively on the provider's own servers.

Storage Duration

Data is deleted within 12 months after termination of the contractual relationship, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.

Use of Our Product

Type and Purpose of Data Processing

When using our service, the following data is processed:

• Profile and organization data (e.g. company name, contact persons, industry)
• Translation keys, values, and metadata managed by the user for AI-powered translation

Legal Basis

Processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Recipients

For AI-powered translation, data is transmitted to the following service provider:

• OVHcloud (AI Endpoints), Roubaix, France — for AI-powered translation processing

All other usage data is processed exclusively on the provider's own servers.

Storage Duration

Data is deleted at the customer's request or within 12 months after termination of the contractual relationship, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.

Rights of Data Subjects

Under applicable law, you have the right, provided the respective requirements of applicable law are met:

• to request confirmation as to whether and which of your personal data we process
• to receive copies of such data
• to request the rectification or deletion of your personal data
• to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data
